Use of Artwork

You may use the artwork for: Promotion; printing (free distribution only unless purchasing Commercial Use); personal use; posting online.
Please credit me whenever posting or promoting the artwork.
I may use the artwork for: Artist portfolio; samples; live streaming or video of the process. If you’d like the art to remain private until a certain date, please specify when arranging the commission.
You may NOT use the artwork for: Promotion or branding or official artwork of any cryptocurrency, NFTs, or any other Web3 related project; material to train AI.

You may: Modify the artwork via cropping, tilting, filters, decorative stickers or overlays; add text and/or graphic design elements.
You may NOT: Paint over or edit the contents of the artwork.

Payments are taken through PayPal, Venmo, or (if local) cash. I do not accept any virtual currencies.
After the sketch approval, no refunds will be given. For items without a sketch approval phase, no refunds are given at any time.
When a commission is confirmed, you have 48 hours to make payment unless a payment schedule has been agreed upon. If your circumstances change please let me know. Passing the payment deadline with no contact may lead to being blacklisted for commission sales. I don’t have the ability to chase people down so please communicate with me and I will be happy to accommodate a delay, cancellation, or payment plan.
